Excellent choice for pre-workout and all I buy now. At one, I only used musclepharm products for lifting and exercising. They decreased their offerings over the years, but I recently decided to try them again, starting with their pre-workout. I couldn't be more happy. I'd been using GAT Nitraflex and Con-CRET HCL in combination, but couldn't for the life of me, prevent the headaches that came with them. I think it was just my own sensitivity, but using either product gave me headaches. I do not have the same issue with this product, plus, it has creatine and BCAAs. Another perk I found, you can still get a really great effect from it, even if you'd eaten recently. I found that Nitraflex really didn't hit at all on anything but an empty stomach. With the Musclepharm, i typically always get a great effect, even if I'd eaten that day, and the skin tingling you get with it is awesome too.

To start off the Taste is great, I'm very picky and love it also the pump and focus it give me is perfect with low caffeine which made me happy plus the price for what you get is awesome. I've looked and this is the best for price and for what I need focus and pump. With the perfect amount of creatine for me so if you do intense workouts like me this stuff is great and if you need more creatine use there product great to add on without hassle of paying to much between the two.

I have tried a myriad of pre-workout mixes over several decades and this is my current go to. The taste is awesome and consistency for mix ability prior to workout is great. Seems to help with both power lifting as well as metabolic conditioning without any adverse effects on preformance. On top of that it is priced to be extremely competitive with other supplements.

I ordered watermelon and received blue raspberry. I've ordered those product several times and have not had this issue in the past. The product is a solid pre-workout supplement. I am disappointed that I cannot return this for the correct flavor.

Best pre workout on the market

I've been using this product for years as it is the only one I can take at 5pm and then go to sleep at 8pm. Great focus and energy 30mins after taking, and its effect lasts as long as my workout lasts, and no crash feeling at the end of its effect. I hope this product is never discontinued. I'll buy this as long as it is available.

I got the watermelon flavour and I don’t regret it! Tastes amazing! I see how some people might find the taste overwhelming over the vourse of a few weeks though. Works well and doesn’t cause itching. I’ve tried many pre workouts such as mr hyde, rivalus, c4 and six star but the MusclePharm Assault is the one I like the most so far!

I found that the price is really good for the size of the product. It isn’t the strongest pre workout but it is definitely perfect for me since I go to the gym really late, gives me motivation to complete a good workout. Could be a good option for someone who never tried pre workout before but needs something efficient
