Purchased for my 5yr old who started kindergarten. So far we have had NO issues with the backpack or the lunchbox. The colors are beautiful, it’s completely adjustable, the part that sits on the child’s back is cushioned, it has multiple compartments, and the lunchbox is insulated. I am so glad we got this and for the price this was a total steal (especially since even places like Walmart wanted $30 for just the backpack alone). 🤦🏽♀️
