For the price these are great. I do not know what more a casual ping pong player would need. They are a good weight and they hit consistently.

decent Paddles but hard handle
Paddle is fine and has soft/thick enough resin to let you do different spins. However, the handles have very sharp edges and require some sanding or otherwise you hands will be hurting after using it for a while

Really good for the price
Great feeling, cheap, weighted well, and overall better than you would expect for the price. The balls are a bit easier to crack, but they still last for a while. The only thing that you would have to worry about is making sure not to accidentally rub the end against another surface or the rubber will start peeling back. If this happens, use some glue.
