Came as described
It was easy to put together. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only tool I needed was a screwdriver or drill. I needed help with someone to hold the roof in place while I screwed the hinges, but other than that, I was able to put it together by myself. I was concerned by the weakness of some of the materials at first but after realizing they are either not meant to support the weight of your animal or you are to add screws for support, I was less worried. After putting it together, I like the look in my rabbit corner. It fits my adult rabbit on the bottom and my two baby bunnies on the top. I had to place a bucket in the doorway in the top to divide the space so the two babies are separated. It worked well tho for now.I'm not sure if I'll stay with this size, when the babies get bigger I may need to purchase a larger size.So far so good, but I just got it today so I'm not getting rid of my bunny cages yet š

Crap don't buy
Very cheaply made. The instructions were impossible to follow. The ladder literally broke off in a week. Very hard to clean. It's so wobbly. And the pee literally leaks out of it. It's very small. Not a good product save your moneyEditing my review to add I recieved this on November 19th put it together that night and had my 2 buns in it. As of January 6th it has now killed 2 of my beloved rabbits. When we found them they had pieces of the divider in their mouths. So now I have 2 dead bunnies, a cage I can't use, and a devastated 4 year old. Our bunnies didn't deserve this. They loved running out of the cage into our laps, laying on their backs and having their tummies rubbed, and were very loved.

Cute, petite, kinda cheap.
I assembled this small animal hutch last night after it arrived. We have 2 lop bunnies and I thought this would be a great setup for them. It is however quite a bit smaller than I thought. I should have checked measurements beforehand, but that was my bad. The size works fine for them right now as they are small bunnies but I would not recommend if you have anything larger than a Holland Lop, Dutch or dwarf rabbit as it will become a very tight living space as they grow.Right off the bat, I noticed one of the back panels had a large chip/crack in the wood so hopefully this will not be an issue down the road. A couple of the bags of screws were not labeled properly so I had to do some things twice after I realized the sticker on the bag was incorrect. A minor annoyance but frustrating none the less because I was steps ahead at this point and had to backtrack in order to do it properly. The instructions should absolutely have step 1 be to install the dragonfly handles first because as you are installing the front panels, the doors are swinging open and being a huge pain in the butt. Save yourself some major frustration and do the dragonfly handles first!!Once I got the ramp & trays (floors) in, I noticed there was a space between the ramp & top tray (floor). I followed the directions exactly so Iām not sure if this is just a weird batch or what, but I am concerned our bunnies feet will go through & get caught as they are going up & down. I am going to put a shim in the space to cover it just in case, but that is definitely something that seems unsafe to me. Not sure if that is a design flaw for each of these cages or just the one we got.Once I got the roof installed, I added the locking hinge per the directions, then I couldnāt get the roof to close because the hinge is touching the top & wonāt fold down all the way. I redid it twice & gave up. I removed the locking hinge as we will only be using the front panel doors anyway & moved on with my life. Some of the things I do like about this small animal house is that both sides on the front panels open completely so you can get your pet out easily without having to reach around anything or try to coax them to a spot where you can get them. I love that there are two metal trays that have been caulked so you should not have any leaking. The trays that come out on both levels should make cleaning an easier & quicker process. The hutch is very cute and it can be used indoors or outside. We have ours indoors so Iām glad we went with the one with the two trays. So far our baby buns seem happy in it. We do let them roam in a big playpen daily so they get a bit of exercise & hops in & that definitely helps on the happy scale since the setup is on the smaller end.All in all, this is a fairly good setup for the price. I donāt know how long it would last outdoors because the materials are cheap but hopefully indoors it will last a long time.

Poor quality
The whole home has something wrong with it. From splintered and broken wood pieces to the wood that doesnāt even reach front to back to sit in the grooves to hold the top tray in place, and feels like it will give out when my rabbit sits up top. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone, and was not the quality I expected for the price or based off the advertisement. Nothing aligned easy and the instructions were a bit confusing. This is not stable at all and the doors open okay but you have to make sure you align the latch correctly or you will not be able to open the doors uniformly. Cleaning is okay, but my main issue is that the bedding and poos fall through the tray on the bottom level so I highly recommend a rug or something underneath to protect the flooring.

Flimsy but doable
Not sure I'd pay this much again but it is sufficing. It arrived broken but we were able to fix that. Only intended for a small rabbit or even smaller than a rabbit. We have an extended area for our rabbit for over night because if we closed him in just the hitch it'd be probably very uncomfortable. It did smell a little funny but that went away after we wiped it down! It's a nice little spot if you have a little enclosed area for your bunny if you intend on making it an overnight space for them, but wouldn't recommend without that

Exactly what I wanted
It is perfect, itās decently sized and easy to assemble. Mine came undamaged, I definitely recommend using for one adult rabbit or 2 smaller rabbits. It can be used as one big house or 2 smaller ones. The size is accurate to the sizing on here. It is stable if built correctly, it had all the products it displays. My rabbit absolutely loves this house. Instructions are easy to read.
