Does this include all required hardware?

Yes but if I would have installed it the grip on the pump would have hit the shell holder and wouldn’t reload. My grip was bigger from a full sized moss berg 500 if it was a pistol grip pump it probably would have worked because it has a slimmer front grip. I would just check to see how far the front grip comes back when u cock it back all the way.. if it covers any of the chamber it probably won’t work but it’s not that easy to install either. I ended up buying a shoulder strap that holds ou to 30 shells
