Question 1

Can you Rehydrate these back to original state??

Accepted Answer

You can rehydrate them. What do you mean by "original state"? Rehydration dried anything does not restore it to a fresh condition.

Question 2

How long are they good for from time of purchase?

Accepted Answer

They are dehydrated so as long as keep them in a cool, dry place, they should last a very long time. I’ve used them after a year in storage and have had no problems

Question 3

Are these grown organically or sprayed with pesticides?

Accepted Answer

Probably grown with pesticide. It doesn't say organic. It says all natural which, as a plant, it is.
California is real lenient on organic. If you want what I think you want you need to look for "california clean". I had a client who is a prominent organic grower. He had a lot to say on California's "organic" label.

Question 4

If they are packed in kalifornia they simply can not be thai? pass on the chinese fakes.

Accepted Answer

??? Unlike Champagne or Chianti Classico, Thai peppers can be grown or produced anywhere. These Thai chili peppers were grown in California, and they were perfect. I assume parts of China can cultivate them too.
Bird's Eye chili or Thai chili is a chili pepper, a variety from the species Capsicum annuum native to Mexico. Cultivated now throughout the more temperate climates, it is used extensively in many Asian cuisines.
Despite what is commonly believed, there is no single "Thai pepper", though most peppers referred to as Thai are small in size and high in heat or pungency. There are at least 79 separate varieties of the pepper that have appeared from three species in Thailand, and they grow in green or red, throughout the world.
