I have ordered this product multiple times. I like that they are clear so you can see what's inside, and I love that you can add smaller items on the top snap compartment. I like to use hanging file folder, and they fit perfectly in these. I do wish they were a little larger because it does not hold a lot. They are great for traveling. Sometimes the latch does break and then the entire file box is useless. That said, I will purchase them again in the future! Why? Because they help keep me organized in my office!

Easy, ready to use right out of the box! Ordered Friday night after 10PM, arrived Sunday morning by 9AM (free Prime shipping).Needed a quick solution late Friday night to organize paperwork to prep for my accountant to file my taxes. So I ran to Office Depot. Picked up this same exact box for $17 for one. But, I needed 1 or 2 more. This Amazon offer from IRIS makes it $6.14 each at $24.56 for the 4-pack. Fantastic and best value! Saved over 60%, can't beat it and the quality is GOOD for what you are buying! At first I thought...can I use 4...absolutely yes!I read all of the other reviews before buying. Based on reading the product description it sounded like the same one I had just gotten at Office Depot so I knew the quality and wanted to give it a try. Plus one person falsely stated you do not get 4 in the pack and I wanted to confirm for myself.Each holds about 20 hanging files , filled with paper and envelopes...with room left in some cases (based on me alphabetizing the paperwork). Can hold a lot but paper is heavy, so depending on how much you have in and how bulky your paperwork is (some of mine are very bulky), you may need to hold the bottom when you pick it up by the handle.GREAT, portable, mobile solution...from home office to car...to breakfast bar while I eat, work on laptop, and work through paperwork...to bedroom bed while propped up watching the NFL hype for today!!!Top section to hold pens and supplies is very convenient. Stackable. Need 3 for taxes. 4th one can be used for other household/office stuff. GREAT value-add...has small lid and base connecting loop holes to put small lock on, or you can use a small cable and put a bigger lock on.Only wish? I wish it came in a lighter color, granite, to better match my office furniture and decor. Black is such a sharp contrast, but it will work for my purposes and I can store them out of site when done. Bonus...TSA approved...solid locking with easy combination lock. Great for when mobile file box is in my car. Can use on luggage when traveling.

Reasonably sturdy file box. We have three of this kind, two of them from a few years ago and they hold up reasonably well, and include an accessories compartment on top for things like paper clips.If the box is well loaded and latch is not on perfectly, it slips off the catch and the lid opens, and it can break.We have other file boxes with better latches (two of them spaced apart) and they work much better (they latch in better) and hold better (with the weight distributed over two latches).So, I can't give this product a 5 because the latches are not great compared to other brands, Other than that, they're good... until the latch breaks, and then they're difficult to lift (you have to grab underneath with both hands).

If you are like me, and dont have much to file, but definitely need a place to put a few important papers... This is for you.Cons: Its not the smallest thing in the world. And its not super pretty (though not super ugly either)Pros: Its not huge but not tiny considering what you can put in it. Portable. Latches closed and has a hole for a small lock. Has a compartment to store organization tabs and pens/sharpies. Its also very light, most of the weight will be documents/hangers. Portable, although It will not be leaving my home.Honestly I dont even need this much storage yet. I purchased a 25 pack of hanging folders, and probably only use 4-5 of them. BUT, it is nice having the extra space so you dont have to upgrade for a long while. Great to have to store important documents or paystubs or what have you.

Easy to use and holds files and documents securely with solid sides, sturdy lid and latch. They won’t ‘nest’ but are narrow enough to sit side by side and not block off too much shelf space.Priced reasonably for four units which allowed me to designate two for more long term records storage and two for more accessible current documentation.
