Not what I was looking for.
I’m new to Kendra Scott jewelry. My first purchase was directly from a Kendra Scott store, and it looks like I should probably stick to purchasing directly from the store where I can see the item in person. I ordered the abalone gold and based off the advertised picture it’s a multi color stone. I’ve seen in person a different style Kendra Scott necklace in the same abalone color, and it was in fact a multi color stone. I was sent a necklace that looks more like a solid green. So, I returned the first necklace and ordered it again. Received another that also looks mostly solid green. Furthermore, the first necklace was sent tacky with no box and was just knotted up loose in a Kendra Scott pouch. The second was in a Kendra Scott jewelry box and looks brand new with tags. However, I’m still not liking the color so I will be returning that one as well. 1 star on the first order. 4 stars on the second just because the color is off. The picture on the left is what is advertised. On the right is what I received. Still pretty but not even close.
