Belt which you sent is good and usefull

The hip bands staying strong and in shape. I'd of bought the size up, bc my size - 'regular' are near the '33" - 45" , and with the large size , more velcrose wrap would grip . Weight'll be going off though , bc, this belt s helping me walk better, longer and more often. Though i might get a belt and add at my medical aid collection.

This belt, when worn correctly, works well to relieve my SI joint pain and seems my best alternative to SI joint fusion or to steroid injections. I am an active 79-year-old man, 5'6" tall and weighing 146 pounds. I bought the Sparthos Sacroiliac Si Hip Belt (Black - Regular size). It's easy to put on, take off, and to adjust. It's light weight, well-constructed of quality materials and comfortable to wear all day long. Initially I made the mistake of cinching it up too tightly. This caused pain. Firmly but lightly adjusted works very well for me and, of course, walking with good posture helps tremendously to reduce the pain. Sitting too long in any chair is problematic. I find that walking or even just standing while wearing this belt cuts my pain sufficiently that I don't usually need any pain relief (Tylenol or Excedrin) even when I know I've done too much twisting, bending over or lifting. Raking up leaves or using tools such as a hedge trimmer trigger my pain but use of this belt + doing SI joint stretches and exercise truly keep me moving. I sincerely hope this review is helpful to you if you're dealing with SI joint or other lower back or hip pain and are looking for a good possible alternative to surgery.

For the last year-and-a-half, I've been dealing with SI issues. My sacrum had rotated due to habitual sleeping & desk posture and begun pressing on my sciatic nerve; physical therapy helped realign it, but my hip muscles have been prone to tightness and spasms ever since. When that happens, my low back also goes into spasms, which can render me nearly immobile for several days. That happened this week, and it was BAD. I ordered this belt with the hope that it would provide some relief. I am so glad that I made this purchase. I put the belt on as soon as it arrived, adjusting it to fit around my hip bones. The pain was lessened immediately, though it didn't go away completely: it more downgraded from sharp stabbing spasms to a dull ache. However, the support provided by the belt is AWESOME-- it me feel stable enough to me to actually move around again without the constant fear that my muscles would seize up. The first day I had it, I was able to do laundry, clean, and go for a 2-mile walk comfortably with the belt on... considering that I could barely sit up a few hours before that, it honestly felt miraculous. Also, during all of that, it only rode up maybe about half an inch! That was amazing. I took the belt off to do my usual SI stretches afterward, and it felt like there was more movement/less tension in that area, because I had been able to actually move around again thanks to the belt. So while the pain relief wasn't immediate for me, I do have a feeling this belt is going to help me recover from these types of episodes much more quickly by enabling movement. If you have hip / SI / low back issues, I'd highly recommend this belt as another tool to add to your maintenance and self-care arsenal. Seriously, it's worth every penny to no longer be laid up with cranky hips!

Excelente producto, muy buena calidad, excelente ajuste con sus dos correas ajustables hasta lo deseado, desde el primer minuto siento mas seguridad al caminar, se me dificultaba caminar, siento que la cojera ha disminuido y mas aparte siento el confort en mi cadera y mas siento que el ardor y dolor de mi muslo izquierdo disminuye, necesito seguir usandolo a diario y tratar dar mis pasos con mayor naturalidad, en definitiva siento menos miedo de caer con una mayor estabilidad y seguridad, muchas gracias.
