Brassica Tea Black Tea with Truebroc, 16 Tea Bags

Good tasting. Trying some new healthy tea with extra powers. The tea is foil packed to stay fresh. The only thing I wish it had a string. It is bagged but you will have to use a tea strainer or something to get the bag out of the cup.

I enjoy green tea. But this tea is unique. When you have Sulforaphane and Glucoraphanin combined with Sencha Tea, talk about a powerful antioxidant! People dealing with certain health conditions in their body, primarily "C" please consider this tea. Look up Sulforaphane and Glucoraphanin on google and YouTube, then you'll see why. Drink it for the benefit and not the taste. As someone else mentioned, be careful when opening the packaging for the tea bag. If you can treat the tea bag like a ketchup or mustard pack (fan motion with your hand) and try to get the tea bag pushed downward, you shouldn't have issues accidentally tearing the tea bag.

Exactly what was expected. Great taste and great flavor. Will buy again.However, the caffeine content or 2% is underestimated by far. More than 2 cups a day can cause serious caffeine problems if you happen to be sensitive to caffeine, which I am and three cups a day gave me heart palpitations. Best if only one cup a day is consumed

This review is based on my experience. Green Tea with the help of glucoraphanin and sulforaphane equals a home run for your health. I prefer the Brassica Green Tea version over the others Brassica offers. Look up glucoraphanin and sulforaphane benefits!

To expensive for what you get
