I needed this for mascara removal and it works fabulous for that! No scrubbing required, it is gentle on my eyes and wipes off clean.

I have very sensitive skin and this is the only make up remover that doesn't irritate my skin. It truly melts your make up off with out having to scrub your face.

I have combination skin, that breaks out easily. I use this as part of my double-cleanse routine and it removes all of my makeup, as it breaks down the products and oils to be able to wash them away with a clean face. No irritation to my sensitive skin, and no breakouts!

This is the best cleansing balm hands down. I love this stuff and it works so well. I have sensitive skin and am allergic to a lot of things including fragrances so using new things I get nervous but this is great and makes my skin feel like butter after wards! I highly recommend

I really enjoy this product. The only complaint I have is on my subscription order, the spatula never came with the cleanser. I even tried to return the order and get a new one, and the same thing happened. It's not a big deal, so just make sure your hands are clean if you are using your fingers to scoop out the product to put on your face. It's very effective at melting off dirt and makeup and isn't overly drying. You really do want to work it into your skin for at least 2 minutes to make sure it melts away. All the oils that are not part of your face. It's a great value because one container will last me up to 3 months since you don't need a lot in one cleansing. This is one of the best balm cleansers I've ever tried.

Purchased this because my last order of 'green clean' was lumpy and watery. this has the correct smooth firm texture which you can scoop out for makeup removal.

This is a very different kind of face wash. I got it because I needed an eye makeup remover. However the next day my cheeks were red and I was a bit swollen. So I’m not sure but I will not be using it again. I have sensitive skin and so I am careful with what I use on my skin. This is how it worked for me. It did remove my makeup so it did that job.

I love everything about it: it works gently but really efficiently. My skin feels clean but not dry afterwards. The mini format is perfect for quick travels.
