Great for insomnia
I suffer from insomnia and my doctor tried trazdone and doxepin which failed. My cousin mentioned sleepy time tea. I used to drink it when I was younger . This tea worked where meds failed. I got a good night's sleep

Nice Evening Routine
My husband has been buying me this tea for years. I decided to check Amazon do see if they did a bulk option discount & that’s what I found here with the subscribe & save option! If you personally do not like/ want bulk amounts, but do want to save money, these teas can also be great gift add ons as well. If you know a tea lover or someone with sleep trouble or just someone who likes their relaxing time this would be great way to show you’re thinking of them. I love chamomile tea & these seem like a good brand for the lower price compared to other options. The taste is always normal and smell. The strength of these tea is nothing to write home about because this tea in itself is not going to make you clunk out lol. I always drink it while I’m in bed winding down and it’s a nice routine for me I’ve been having for years.
