First of all, it's a great product. The trampoline is very well designed and my kids love it. We purchased the 8ft trampoline. Three of us had it assembled in just a couple hours. Our one mistake was not using anchors(you're going to want to get some if you live in a windy area). We are at the top of a hill and the wind took it right into our busy street during a storm. The poles that hold up the safety net bent and some of them broke off . After putting it off for too long I finally reached out to customer service and they were amazing! Within one week they shipped all the replacement parts for FREE. I still can't believe it! This company stands by their products and really went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

The trampoline is of pretty decent quality and design. It was challenging to build, but not impossible with two strong adults working together. The best part about it has been the 1-year warranty and customer service. Our trampoline was damaged in a storm only a few months after we bought it. I contacted customer service and they very quickly responded and sent me the replacement parts I needed right away. I highly recommend getting some trampoline anchors to anchor yours into the ground so it doesn't blow away :).

I bought this trampoline for my special kid as part of his therapy. We have a small space in the backyard so 8 ft. is a good size. After completing the assembly I noticed there was a small defect like a cut in the jumping mat, so I went to the Amazon link for product support and directed me to the Pyle website. After a couple of days, Pyle support resolved the issue and send me a replacement jumping mat for the trampoline. I’m amazed at Pyle support on how they handle customer issue. So kudos to Pyle support and Amazon.Here are some tips before assembling the trampoline for first timer. 1] Double-check the number of parts. This will make your job easy, with no missing parts. 2] Inspect the net fence, jumping mat, and steel pipes for damage. The safety of your kids is very important. 3] Read the manual, and though a little bit confusing, I manage to follow the instructions before the assembly.Well, that’s it, I highly recommended this trampoline, is a fun product, especially for kids. Have fun!

I bought this trampoline few months ago. It is very sturdy and my kids love to play on that. Recently, one of the poles bended because of a very windy storm, so I contacted their customer service and they sent me a new pole in just a couple of days. Excellent service! Couldn’t recommend more!
