Quality rain jacket at great price
Just received the jacket and the overall quality seems to be very good. Nice seam welding and solid zippers. Thin lightweight quality fabric is waterproof (ran water over the fabric) but have yet to try it outside under real rain. Light weight mesh lining keeps the fabric comfy against your skin. Hood fits well and is not gigantically oversized like my Patagonia rain / wind shell. 5'-8" and 160 lbs and the Medium seems to fit well. Fits a bit long on the body but that's good for rain coverage. I have short arms, sleeves are long but the Velcro straps neatly cinches that around my wrists. Plenty of room for a couple layers. Wore it during a windy day and did not feel any draft. Note the 10,00 gsm water penetrating rating is better than most other jackets on Amazon but is lower than Gore-Tex or other high end ($$$$) name brand rain gear. So far I feel like I am getting good value for the price

Excellent rain jacket
Husband has a Kuhl jacket and wanted something similar for everyday wear at a reasonable price. This jacket beads water, has a mesh liner, and breathes. The hood can be tightened with 4 toggles. Used chart for sizing and fits great, including sleeves - a little extra length is needed when reaching. A worth-it upgrade from standard pullover rain jackets.

Great jacket, great price - use all the time!
I love this rain jacket and even wear it as a light jacket in early fall and spring. Light weight, easy to zip, plenty of pockets. Bought it to take on a cruise and packed it easily in my suitcase, rolled up - very little space. Recommend to others!

I have some concerns. I'll update after I fully test it.
After reviewing several different 33,000ft rain jackets, I decided to purchase this one, the most expensive of the three. The main selling point was increased water protection and waterproof zippers. I didn't care for the flaps covering the zipper on the cheaper ones. But when I received the jacket today, I realized that this one does not have a feature that the cheaper ones did. I can't fold away the hood into the collar! Big negative for me... Now I am probably going to order the next cheaper one to compare, and then I'll return one of them. Regarding sizing, many reviews stated that these run big. I disagree. For most clothing, I wear size large. I'm 5-10 and weigh just under 180. I was okay with it being a little big, so I went ahead and got a Large. But it's not oversized at all. I'll still have room to layer under it, but it's definitely not oversized. It will probably be a little snug when I put on cold weather clothing. It fits fine with just a t-shirt or polo on. It will be good for warm weather activities in Texas, but may be a little snug when I travel north into colder weather. The jacket quality seems good. Maybe not quite $60 good, but if it does turn out to keep me warm and dry in a windy, cold rainstorm, then I'll be happy with the cost. Zippers look to be good quality, and the lining is reasonably comfortable. I also like the ceramic blue color. At first glance, the bag seemed small. But with a little work folding it to the correct size, it did fit nice and snug into the bag. I'm heading off to Iceland later this month. (July) After I return, I will update this review if necessary.

Awesome jacket
Waterproof, warm, and works great for layering. My only (small) issue is that the jacket creaked at first when hiking as the material rubbed against itself. I especially enjoy the armpit-vents when it gets warmer outside

Just what I wanted. Quality seems good.
Just what I wanted. Quality seems good. I am 5-11, 185 lbs. I got XL size. I wanted it to fit over a warm fleece jacket, loosely for movement. Perfect size. The sleeves are a tiny bit long, my arms are a bit longer than average, 34 inch sleeve. Not tried it in the rain yet. The hood has a tie back so it does not fall over your face. Fits fine over my head with no adjustment. If you are husky, and a bit shorter, the sleeves will be long, but that keeps you dry. I was a bit surprised at the weight. Comes with a little stuff sack.

Be careful of your use requirements
Purchased this for a trip to Japan, but found that it took up too much space in my carry on luggage, the $1.00 ones from the dollar store are better for light weight traveling where you MAY experience a rain shower or two. This raincoast is delux and should protect a person in a thunderstorm while out in the woods deer hunting or near a lake duck hunting, it is very well constructed and engineered, well worth the money.

Very well put together, and the fit is spot on! I think this is the best design for me! I can’t wait to get to use it in a downpour! I know I will be comfy and dry!! Than you!

Lightweight, breathable, waterproof and wind proof jacket for any outdoor activity in any weather
Fully water proof and winder resistant. Took it out for early May fishing trip in Algonquin park back country camping. Went through a huge storm, got more rain than sunshine and kept me dry. Had everything from rain, to freezing rain, some hail and a bit of snow. Temperatures were around 2 to 8 degrees celcius and I was layered underneath with my base layer, long sleeve, sweater then the jacket. Was plenty warm and wasn't a sweat chamber. Very breathable. I'll be looking for pants of the same nature by this company for any outdoor activities. Can't recommend this jacket enough.

Good jacket but could be improved
Like the jacket. I’ve worn it in light rain and heavy. It does stop repelling water when it’s really wet but I’m still dry underneath and that was expected. The vents are a must, the hand warmer pockets are large and the zippers seem to be durable, although, I would prefer a two-way for the main zipper. On the negative side there are only two other pockets and for some reason are on the same side. Which means if you have a few things in them the jacket hags to the left and feels awkward. Overall I do like the jacket and if they would put a second inside pocket in the opposite side, a second chest pocket in the opposite side and maybe a left shoulder pocket I’d pay more and probably buy two.

Awesome rain jacket and keeps you warm
Bought for my adult son for his birthday. He doesn’t like bulky jackets and needed a rain jacket. Keeps him warm and dry says this is the best jacket he’s had

Waterproof and good pockets
Waterproof and good windbreaker. Have worn for 6 months and it is holding up well. Good pockets. Fits true to other coats I am a large in this coat and my Columbia.
