Phone works great, no issues with it being unlocked. Was a little scared to make the purchase after reading an ocean of reviews about phones on Amazon being secretly refurbished, or not receiving service, but thankfully mine was new. Phone was right out of the box new, crisp packaging, easy set-up. It does get a little hot on the top, but it's not a deal breaker if you use it for light weight browsing, videos, texting. It's pretty fast for the specs, and it's a nice bonus that the camera is pretty good. This phone gets you by. Overall, pretty good phone!cons:-gets a little warm-MAJOR fingerprint magnet

Worth the money
I'm not a tech guy but I have a clear understanding of what I need in a cellphone. In a balance between price and performance this smartphone cover all my needs. In the first place, the screen looks like a more expensive panel, the colors are accurate, vibrant and I have no issues with the viewing angles. The size of the phone makes it fit comfortably in my pocket without sacrificing the viewer experience. Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and all the streaming services I use give me new quality in user experience that I never had before. So at this point, I have to give the phone a big point.The battery performance is what you will expect in a smartphone these days. As I stream a lot of content, not just video but also music, the battery gives me enough for almost a day and a half. If I didn't use video streaming services the time expands to easily two days. Anyways the most of the time I charge the phone at night, but I just wanna state that you can miss one charging night and keep going.The version I got has a 256 GB storage capacity, so I don't think I even get to use half of the storage but is always good to have plenty of space.I don't play a lot of video games, but my kid borrows my phone from time to time to play call of duty mobile one or two hours on the weekends, and other games like this and he is pretty happy with the phone performance.So, if you ask me, I think this is worth the money and definitely will purchase it again

Great value for the money
I wanted a cheaper android phone for my business purposes. This phone is great, goes head to head with the flagship brands. Great camera, display and for the price, this is a steal. If you a regular phone user, this is a great for you.

Inaccurate location and navigation
I tried everything to get accurate location and navigation to work properly, off by 500' to 1/2 mile. Everything else is working great.. going to return this phone. TCL told me it's not the phone it's att, not providing the proper software or update... When? They couldn't say.. lol
