It was great while it worked. The spring to open/close the iron broke shortly after a year. Can’t get anyone in the company to respond to my requests to get replacement via warranty, which is still in effect. Customer service, what customer service. No signs of life. It was very expensive for it to only last so little. Shame because it really was excellent.

I purchased this product as a gift for a friend and after a few weeks it stopped working. With the help of Amazon I arranged for an exchange and sent back the defected straightener. It’s been almost two weeks and there has been no word from Le Bleu and no replacement product. I sent them an email but I’m already preparing to take legal action.

My hair is thin, frizzy and damaged. I just had my hair done at a demo booth and my hair turned into perfect silk, amazing curls and zero frizz, no joke. No products. Took 30 seconds to curl my hair. He even soaked a section of my hair to show me how it works on wet hair, and I can't believe how much time in going to save in the morning. And how great my hair will look, without causing further damage. Just put this in my cart! So excited.

I bought this straightener because when it was demonstrated on me it made my hair look great. They also told me that the infrared was what made it different from other straighteners, and that it would help keep hair straight in humid conditions. I as sucketed into purchasing it and regret it. The one i purchased is just like my others. The results are the same. Humidity caused my hair to frizz. My advice to you all is that when you do go to one of these demonstrations and like the results, that you offer to purchase the item that they are using. I doubt they would want to sell it. I strongly believe that the demo items that thgey use to convince people,are not the actual ones that are sold.
