Better than ramikans!
Aging memory. When I make stuff mostly from scratch I'm hitting an age where I miss a spice/herb or two in the recipe if I go on the fly. These are outstanding putting spices/herbs together in a few of these stainless steel vessels first. Perfect! Good quality stainless steel too. Toss 'em int he dishwasher. Ideal.

They rust.
I like the size, but they are all rusting after being washed only a couple of times which is disappointing.
