Sturdy box, long lasting incense

I was a little scared when I opened the box and it smelled like bad cleaning products but decided to light one anyway. It’s fantastic, smells beautiful once it’s lit! I’d say it’s a couple notches below being a strong floral scent.

I was raised with incense in our house all the time -- as part of our pseudo-religious heritage. I wanted to recreate that vibe for my child in our home so had been asking my mother to send me HEM incense for the past few years. Lo and behold, everything is indeed on Amazon.I was hesitant as there are so many sorta counterfeit products, with it being impossible to discern, until you -- for instance - light a stick and it just smells off, or indeed awful. To my nose and eyes, these are legit HEM sticks ... and the scent reminds me of actual Jasmine locked in memories of trips to the motherland.I would not hesitate to purchase these or any option by this seller -- THOUGH, I would be sure you have used a specific scent from HEM before diving in, especially for a box this big. Some people just dislike certain smells and there is no universal formula for such things. I really enjoy the jasmine and the rose as being deeply floral, distinctive and palpable without being overpowering or lingering forever.Length varies even from stick to stick, as the thickness of each stick is not totally uniform. These can last anywhere from 12 to 25 minutes by my estimates.One other note, the price of these fluctuates significantly though not wildly -- I've paid around 5 for these a few times, and tend to wait if it's over 6.50 ... other sites, it can reach almost 8 bucks. In most cases, it's still easier tan trekking out to the temple. Solid buy, buy sample set to see which you like.

I'm a huge fan of HEM incense and this one particular scent is very nice, it totally smells like Jasmine flowers hands down and it's very strong. My favorite scents are the floral and sweet scents and this is perfect especially now that spring is in the air :))))
