This is for an adult. It would be very loose on a little one. My brother has a big head and it fits him perfectly I got it for him for his birthday lol.

Can this be worn as a hair replacement wig?

Very good product and stylable!

The hair is good quality and comes out of the bag (at least for me) already styled. The wig has a full head of hair, no bald spots and easily stylable overall. Not exactly as shown in the picture but not that far off either. The color is a little more golden and it’s shiny sort of. It’s very comfortable, not itchy for me and sort of molds to your head. Overall, I say this is a great product!
