I have ordered these often for scar removal rather than moh surgery. Most of the times they are very sharp, but there have been times that some of them are just blunt and do not function as expected.

This is the 2nd time trying to find a biopsy punch sharp enough for dermals unfortunately i once again had to stop a dermal due to low sharpness in the product.

The product will probably work fine, but the description said they'd arrive in a box of 10, and there were 10 individually wrapped punches in a ziplock baggie. I'd have felt more secure about their sterility if they had been in manufacturer's packaging.
