Love it.
this fabric it's thin but sturdy, the color I bought was black, and it's easy to carry., they have backpavk scraps and just handles. On top of that it can fold into a little back that's already connected to the whole thing so you'll never lose the little back. When traveling I can carry my son's larger car seat. I have really big carseat graco one that grows with him. It can seat 40-100 all I had to do what compress the carseat and it fits.

Great travel car seat bag!
Such a good quality car seat travel bag! It is large (we were able to get 2 car seats in each bag) not ideal but it worked. It was heavy but the straps held up great. We have used this bag for 4 years now and I would recommend it to anyone!

Couldn't have survived our flights without it...
Even with the constant bagging and un-bagging (TSA, arrival at the gate, disembarking the plane, etc.) this was hands-down the easiest way for us to transport our car seat through the airport. I had to run across SLC airport with this thing on my back and our stroller in my arms, and still made it to our connecting flight within our 10-minute window. I can't imagine how hectic our vacation would have been without it.We bought an extra seat for our toddler, so we brought the car seat with us on the flight and didn't check I, so I can't attest to how well it holds up through baggage handling. The straps all seem pretty durable, though the backpack straps did leave bruises on my shoulders until I re-adjusted the fit--make sure you do a trial run at home, friends! Re-folding it into the zipper pocket was tricky the first couple of times, but I could do it on my lap in an airline seat by the time of our return flight home (smooth, smooth, fold, fold, fold, tuck, tuck, roll roll roll, squash, zip, done). The carrying strap used when the bag is zipped into the pouch is long enough that a luggage tag attached to it can still stick out of the drawstring hole at the top when it's fully unfolded and has a car seat inside.

Useful when traveling
Purchased this for a 19-day trip in Europe with my 6-month old as we needed to have a carseat. We brought our Graco SnugRide 35 Lite LX Infant Car Seat and it fit into the bag with PLENTY of room left, so much so we got smart (at the end of the trip, of course) and started putting extra diapers, blankets, and clothes in the bag to free up room in our suitcases. The cons of this bag is that the opening doesn't stay closed well. It has two pull ties that you can tie together, but they (understandably) pull apart because of the weight of the car seat pushing against the unsupported side of the bag. The top flap must just be there for aesthetics because it doesn't velcro shut and provides no value. The backpack straps make it a bit easier to lug the car seat around, but make sure to shorten said straps so the bag isn't hitting the back of your calves, and make sure to put the car seat in with the seat itself facing your back (another one of those late-in-the-trip discoveries). Overall, it served it's purpose and we'll keep it as long as we have babies in car seats.

It does what it's suppose to do for the right amount of money
Every once in a while you buy something and you're just astonished at how well it works, the simplicity, and value. This is one of those products. Note I purchased this on my own and have received nothing in exchange for this review. We were moving cross country and taking trips to house hunt, see the area, etc. We wanted out 3.5 year old to come with us and the last time I had to carry his car seat (Evenflo Tribute LX), despite being one of the lightest car seats on the market, was a giant pain in the ass. Decided to try the VolkGo and gate check his seat. This bag is (as far as the 4 times I've had to use it) is very well made, it's big enough to fit the Evenflo, it folds into itself into a nice small pouch, the shoulder straps are padded and comfortable, and it closes up nicely. You can see the other review photos that it'll turn dad into a quasimodo hump on steroids.Just a note, you will sweat with this on your back. It's nylon or some other type of synthetic and you will get warm with this thing. Also, be aware that your back is huge, I must've apologized to 20 different people after hitting them with the car seat. This is a great buy and does its job well.

Not the same quality as before! Save your money!
I purchased this bag a couple years ago and have had no problems with the first unit we received. Well we had an addition to the family so a second unit was purchased and it was absolute garbage. On the first use the bottom of the bag ripped wide open. Also draw string to secure the bag snapped twice. You can tell the manufacturer has definitely cut corners on the new bags. The material is worse. The self packing bag is this dinky spandex that barely packs the bag, unlike the nice zippered nylon bag advertised. Also there is no cover flap for the top to protect the cord. And instead of the big name plate at the bottom it is a crappy paper tag that is included. Save your money and go a different route.

Should fit nearly all car seats...and then some!
We purchased this car seat travel bag for a quick trip to Disneyland and then a future plane trip this summer. I read the reviews and it seemed that it would work for our Evenflow car seat, I had read on a few reviews that you could also put a booster in the bag with the car seat. So I was hoping that would be true. When it came, it was pre-packed into a small bag that is attached for storage and I was hoping that I could get it back into the storage bag when not in use. I was able to get our car seat and a booster (no back) into the bag to check on the plane. Worked perfectly and was easy to carry. There is a lot of room and it should fit the bulkiest car seats. It has a draw string closure, so I didn't really want to put much else in it besides the seats, but we were able to get it closed fully. Once the seats were in use in the rental car, I folded the bag up into the storage bag and kept it in the car out of the way ready for the return home. I was very pleased. There isn't much padding in the bag itself, but the fabric is thick and seems to hold up being tossed around with baggage. There is no visible signs of wear after the first trip. We will see what happens after the second. I will update this if necessary.
