What do I do if one torch works and the other slowly leaks fluid, hardly lights and goes out if it does light. Also it rattles quite a bit?

When filling the lighter don't let it lean over keep it straight up. And always have it turned down low first. The rattling is the top sleeve you need to tighten the screws at the top on the sides and the leaking is caused when you fill it and to solve it. Normally you just need to kinda wiggle the the stem that you fill the butane at. And if it's going out you have the fuel level up to high or even to low make sure to keep the head of the lighter clean and don't let any build up stay on the striking wire at the top or it will not make a spark
