Meat is not listed in the ingredients, but there looks to be meat chunks in the sauce. Can anyone verify if this is vegetarian?

The “meat” you see as you eat them is fake, usually made up of wheat or soy protein or a variation of wheat and soy. The usual case is If the ingredients does not have any type of meat listed, then it is meatless. It would be illegal if a popular company would falsely advertised their products.

What kind of gelatin is it?

It doesnt contain gelatin at all, not sure what made you think it did. It contains plant based thickeners, no gelatin.

Seriously? These cannot be cooked in the microwave? I bought them to ear at work, and it never even crossed my mind that I couldn't use a microwave!!

I have been cooking ramen at work in a microwave despite packaging instructions that don't suggest this cooking option. Just use a ceramic bowl to heat the water to a boil for 5 minutes or so and then put the noodles in the bowl to soften (vs. cook) for a few minutes, then add the other ingredients and voila! If you're really impatient (hungry), consider boiling the noodles in the microwave heated water for an additional 30-60 seconds to hasten the process.

Are these noodles spicy?

That depends . If you choose the one with red package that’s the spicy one the one with the black front is not spicy.. I hope this helps
