Update! If you have a defective or missing item for your Elvie Pump product that you purchased on Amazon you can not return/exchange through Amazon but you CAN contact the Elvie company. I thought I was out 4 valves. Went to Elvie website and called their customer service number. I got all my parts that were damaged replaced! It was a 15 minute phone call. I just had to show proof of purchase, which you can get your receipt off your Amazon orders, and then a picture of the defective or missing items. It was SO easy and Elvie customer service was amazing! Skip the hassle and go straight to the Elvie company. And because of this I changed my star rating to a five star. I love my Elvie pump and needed extra parts. Ordered these and the valves are defective. If you look closely at the tip of the valves in the picture, there is a slight opening. For the suction to properly work for the pump their should not be any openings. If your pump is not giving you the suction or output you want check your valves! They should be completely closed/sealed. I ordered 2 sets and ALL 4 valves were defective. I can not use them at all. Would love to just replace them but there is a no return policy. These are suppose to be brand new. And I would like them as such. Valves completely closed/sealed.
