How do I know if this product is past its expiration date?

The company said the shelf life is 2 years and they make sure product is not old

How long does one 6 oz bottle generally last?

I am using same 6oz bottle I started with August, 2018. Directions are to use a small amount (nickel size) every 4 days, after shampooing.

What can you use if you would need to shampoo your hair on an alternate day that you dont use Resolve?

I use Revolve every other day, and on the alternate days I just use conditioner. Any would probably be fine, but I use Pantene 3 Minute Miracle.
