Hard to say if there has ben health benefits so far, but I do believe they are what they claim to bet as they do act as a diuretic. For the price, they are comparable to name brand cranberry pills, or better. Give them a try!

I was wanting an increase in cranberry but I am a bit disappointed to see how much cranberry is actually included. I would have expected more for the price. I think most people would be taking this for cranberry so a higher value would have been expected, in my opinion. In any case, these were easy to take so no issues there. I haven't noticed a difference yet, but that could be because of the lower cranberry value amount or perhaps I just need to take it for a longer period of time. The bottles came packaged well with no issues. Make sure to check in with a medical professional to see if this will be good for your supplementation plan.
