BEAR GRIP Liquid Chalk - Grip Support Sports Chalk for Gym Workouts

The BEAR GRIP Liquid Chalk is genuinely impressive — it gives my hands a really solid grip, and depending on how much lifting I’m doing, I often don’t even need to reapply it during my gym session. It dries quickly, feels secure, and makes a noticeable difference with heavier lifts or high‑rep sets where grip usually starts to fade. One thing to note is that it can take a couple of washes to fully remove all the chalk afterwards, but honestly, that’s a small trade‑off for how well it performs. The staying power is part of what makes it so effective. Overall, it’s reliable, strong, and long‑lasting, and it’s become a staple in my gym bag.

I had my doubts but this is really is a great product. Perfect for my heavy deadlifts., it stabilises my grip for pull-ups, kettle bells workout and helps me lift heavier than I do without chalk. A little usually goes a long way. Not sure about everyone else but I love the scent too. Definitely would recommend!

This is the first liquid chalk I’ve used so I don’t have much to say in terms of comparison to other products. If your looking for something inexpensive to help with your grip slipping then this is ideal. Great for use in commercial gyms as it’s discrete and doesn’t leave any mess on the bar at all. Dries ur hands up really quickly, with a fairly small amount of product, but starts to ware off a bit after about 20-30 mins. You can always just reapply though after a few sets or between exercise when needed. Smell is kind of chemically but quite refreshing. Small bottle comes with a small clip so you can attach to gym bag or keys etc. which is convenient. Overall good value for money.

Works great, sweat free hands in seconds and barely any transfer and lasts for good length of time depending on the activity

The BEAR GRIP Liquid Chalk is a great addition to my workout routine! It keeps my hands sweat-free, providing a solid grip for Crossfit, weightlifting, powerlifting, and rock climbing. The application is easy, and it dries quickly. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it leaves a minimal residue on equipment, which requires a bit of cleaning after use. Overall, it's an effective product that I would recommend to fellow athletes.

I'm normally one for a bargain above all else, so I normally just buy basic chalk blocks to use with barbell for weighlifting - the chalk blocks are fine but do get a bit messy to try and break up and handle and use, so I thought that I'd give 'liquid chalk' products a go. I have to say that I'm now a convert. Its far more expensive, but its so much less messy, and seems to adhere and last a lot better on your palms too, transferring to clothing etc less. I think it even provides a little more grip than basic chalk somehow. Definitely recommend this and I'll be using it in future.

The liquid chalk is really good however after a handful of uses the plastic hinge of the lid snapped - seller needs to invest in a better container for the liquid chalk

Uso da tempo questa magnesite e devo dire che é davvero ottima. Resistente , asciugatura rapida e buon odore

Very disappointed.. more than half of it was dry and blocked the tube.. the product might be ok but I'm not buying it again
