how to add if no skimmer and dont know where leak is in my pond? do i turn off pump after the 8 hours once i add product to pond?

Hi. The directions for Leak Sealer is as follows: 1.Turn pump off. 2.Remove cartridge or filter grids to avoid product from going past the filtration system. 3.If you have identified the leak, simply pour the recommended dosage directly into the water at the area of the leak. If the leak is unidentified, pour the recommended dosage to into the skimmer. 4.Wait 30 minutes after application, then turn pump on and run the pump for 8 hours. 5.After 8 hours, check spa to see if it is still leaking water. If it's still losing water, apply a second application within the next 24 hours. 6.Replace filter grids or cartridges after 24 hours and resume normal filtration. 7.Wait at least 24 hours before anyone enters the hot tub.

will this work on polypropylene shell spa leaks?

Would you need to run jets for 8 hours if only for a 75 gallon spa bathtub? Nervous to run that long.

We recommend a full 8 hours to allow the sealing process to take effect.

How do you use with a sand filter

This "solution" can be poured directly into the pool water, without the pump and filter system running. Let it sit for about an hour, then run your pump for an hour or 2. Let set again about an hour...now turn everything back on and you're ready to swim.

This works!

I was losing an inch of water out of my hot tub every day. I had a very small crack in my hot tub shell and had applied some water proof putty that did not stop the leak, nor did the epoxy that I had tried previously. Was researching what to try next when I came across the hot tub sealer. Thought I would give it a try and was beyond ecstatic that it worked. No more leak! Thank you for such a great product!

Effortlessly repairs minor leaks

It actually does what it says it does, I had a leak that I just couldn’t find in my hot tub so I said I’ll try this thing, I had to do it twice but actually did the job effortlessly, I only used 1.5 ounces each time and I have a 5 person hot tub so I have loads left. But definitely something to have on hand if ever needed.
