In the picture the couplers for the train are the same on both sides. Is the correct? Is there not a hook on one side and an eye on the other?

Honestly my son hasn’t played with this train in a minute but from what I can remember I believe both of them the same on this one and it wasn’t the hook !!! They should be both eye
