Nice but not effective for migraine
I tried it while having migraine attacks and it didn’t help in relief the pain even after taking my medicine. It only give you freez and cool feeling that make yoy feel calm but didnt help me. I tried it with several severity attack and all were not at help

I’m honestly very disappointed with this migraine ice head wrap. The product I received is completely different from what was described on the listing. The quality feels very cheap and poorly made, nothing like what I expected based on the photos and description. One of the biggest issues is that the gel does not provide full 360° coverage as advertised, which is the whole point of buying a migraine wrap like this. It leaves gaps and doesn’t deliver consistent cooling or relief. Additionally, there was no freezer bag included, even though it was mentioned in the product details. That’s a basic accessory that should come with it, and its absence just adds to the frustration. Overall, this feels like a very low-quality product and not worth the money. I would not recommend it.

Gel on only half the portion while it said covers the whole head on description. Poor quality fraudulent item. I need it returned

Love it! Makes a good ice pack too
Stays cold at room temperature, i think its too cold from the freezer but enjoy it from the fridge. I've also taken to using it as an ice pack.

Excelente producto
Me gusta mucho dormir con el porque lo pongo a refrescar o a enfriar en el refrigerador y me ayuda para relajarme y en tiempo de calor es bueno para dormir mas a gusto. Estoy acostumbrada a dormir con una almohada en la cara cubriéndome los ojos y orejas principalmente y creo que este producto me ayuda mucho a eso y cuando vaya de viaje será muy comodo llevarlo
