A excellent mirror that is big enough to all of myself when dressing.

I decided to purchase it for it’s aesthetic, chamfered corners and metal frame.It came like I bought it from Swish:- the courier left it downstairs without even trying to come up the lift;- the carton was damaged but likely not the mirror, well packed- when i saw the mirror I thought I was having a vision problem, then I realised over the distance of a meter it all deformed the image in a way it was impossible to see myself without looking like an alien (see images how walls are deformed)- there was a mark I couldn’t remove right in the centre of the mirror- the welding at the vase of the frame was poorly made.Not a product I would put right at the entrance of my flat, thanks, and not at that price.Worse, although customer service was responding on time, unfortunately it wasn’t easy to contact them after I filed the return.The automated system sent a message that the item was accepted for the return by the seller. That’s itI went to the post office with the label I had to print to find out (after carrying 15Kgs for 1Km) that the postage was on me! 44£!!!!I contacted the seller after I deliver it for a refund but they said was my fault instead of requesting a freepost label to them.Now, maybe that was my fault to return it without too many emails BUT why a product like this does not contain already a Free Return Label inside tha package like most of expensive products like contact lenses etc.? I have this feedback to the customer service. I received the full refund but I lost 44£ of return postal fee.

The mirror arrived broken, it’s pretty disappointing as it took some time to arrive and when we received it was in very poor condition.

This is a lovely stylish mirror. If you’re planning to have it free standing, be aware the stand is quite loose and it’s a bit flimsy for the weight of the mirror. Having said that, the mirror stand sup fine and doesn’t feel like it’s going to topple.

This mirror is not worth the money. It doesn’t look homely but more like a warehouse mirror. It’s also VERY heavy. I had to get my dad to help me with it.I requested for a return and was given a label with instructions to drop it off at a Hermes drop off point to which I was told they can’t take and don’t take items if this size after trotting there with my dad’s help. I am still to hear from the seller after I contacted them to ask for them to sort out a collection from my house.

Not worth one single penny it’s like getting a mirror from the pound shop!
