Amish Heavy Duty 800 Lb Mission Pressure Treated Porch Glider with Cupholders (4 Foot, Semi-Solid Black Stain)

My home is situated weirdly on our property. The driveway leads to this side of the house, which is technically not our main entrance. The front door and front porch are road facing. So while we don't attend to the appearance of this side of the house as much as we could, it is often the first impression a visitor has of our home and we do spend a good amount of time on this porch (we get tiny wildlife critters that visit here often and we adore watching them). This year we decided to focus some time on making it more comfortable and more welcoming. Ordered this glider from the Amish Casual Store and we are thrilled!! Pictures and descriptions simply do not do it justice - it's gorgeous, solidly constructed, smooth and more comfortable than you can possibly imagine. Assembly took my husband about an hour (and only two swear words!! This is a record, most assembly projects have him channeling a poorly mannered pirate). Once the glider was in place I was stuck with how to balance the visual impact so I called the company and a wonderful woman talked with me about what might work best for our needs. Ended up ordering two matching gliding chairs that are equally well-constructed and gorgeous. We love this furniture and have spent so much relaxing and enjoying our little side porch now, wish we would have done this years ago. 5 stars all the way for stellar craftsmanship, comfort, ease of assembly and outstanding customer service!!

This is our second bench from this manufacturer. I expect that with care these will last for a decade easily. There was a broken slat on arrival. The customer support team identified the part and have shipped a replacement. Everything was prompt and friendly.

Sturdy and well-built. Easy to put together. Comfortable, but definitely better with seat/back cushions.

The media could not be loaded.  A bit to assemble but we’ll worth it.

This glider is sturdy, but not overly heavy. It is fairly easy to put together, it took my wife and I about an hour. Some of the screws that are already installed, need to be tightened. We added two additional screws to the cup holders, to make them more sturdy. then we stained it to match our other porch furniture and then added three coats of Spar Urethane semi-gloss. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

The Mission Porch Glider was delivered with a damaged seat slat. I sent a picture to porchtopatio and the issue was immediately address. They created a new slat and sent it to me within days, keeping me informed on the progress all along. Great customer service by Lyndsay. The bench itself is great, everything as advertised, very high quality. The assembly was straight forward, took a little less than an hour to do by myself. When the replacement slat was delivered, it included the special screwdriver bit so I didn't need to locate the original one that came with the bench. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is very nice and very sturdy. We are well pleased.
