Can someone tell me how large a light box I should choose?

Depending on the object you want to photograph, we recommend shooting objects under 8 inches with a 12-inch light box, 16 inches for objects under 10 inches, and 24 inches for objects under 16 inches.

How do you keep your photos from having a glare? I attached the plastic that was provided but I still have a heavy glare on epoxy cups.

When i press the + button for brightness nothing happens, when i press the - button for dimness, it completely turns off. am i doing something wrong?

Make certain you are pressing the correct buttons. When I first got mine I kept hitting the power button when I thought I was pressing the bright button. 😂 If you are hitting the right buttons, then the remote is broken and you will need to return it. Hope this helps.
