This is a very comfortable and very well-made pillow thatallows for personal adjustment even after purchase. It is a very firm pillow and I find that it effectively supports me while sleeping on my back and side. If you are a tummy sleeper, this would not be a recommended pillow for you. Other than that caveat, I think this is an excellent alternative to traditional pillows.

I don’t usually write product reviews. However, I have been so impressed by this pillow that I have to give credit to the creator/company. I have suffered neck stiffness and shoulder pain every single morning for over a year. I really thought it was stress or my age. Every single day I would have to take advil as soon as I woke up. Additionally, I have gone to the chiropractor and had to get massages with my neck pain always returning. I saw certain pillows advertised on social media costing $100 or more, so I did a little research. This pillow got praise and good reviews and was very affordable. Therefore, I decided to give it a try, I have to say, it it actually well worth the price! After just two nights I noticed a big difference in the quality of sleep and no shoulder pain and decreased neck pain. It has been about two weeks since I started sleeping with this pillow and I am now waking up with no stiffness or pain. I haven’t reached for the Advil in over a week! I’m so pleased with this purchase! Worth every penny!

I have herniated cervical discs at multiple levels plus shoulder issues and was having a lot of pain while trying to sleep. This Osteo Cervical Pillow has been a game changer. I have been sleeping on this pillow for about 3 weeks now. I did order and try 2 other highly recommended brands of pillows for neck and shoulder issues. The Osteo Cervical Pillow has been the best for me, hands down. The level of support is perfect! I am both a side and back sleeper and am comfortable in both positions with this pillow. This was very comfortable the first few nights. It kept me sleeping on my back and when I turned on my side it instantly supported my head. I don’t what happened but eventually I was moving all around and woke up with aches and pains. I went back to my regular pillow but will retry it in a few.

I have a shoulder impingement that comes and goes combined with arthritis spread through my shoulder and neck. The very first night I noticed immediate relief in my neck upon waking up. No stiff aching pain in my neck, no more pain when trying to turn my head, no more feeling like I needed someone to pull my head backwards to crack my cervical spine, and the added benefit that this pillow does not require me to have to put my arm behind it and prevents me from tossing and turning my head all night long which would further complicate my shoulder issues. Pillow is firm but soft enough to let you sink into it a tiny bit and is not overly warm like a lot of foam type bedding.

Fantastic pillow for support in all positions. I suffer from Anklyosing spondylitis and have fused vertabrae in my neck and lower spine. Have struggled to find pillows to alleviate pain when sleeping but this pillow has been perfect. Comfortable and supportive and now sleep and awaken with out troublesome neck & shoulder pain. Definitely worth the money

I like the support this pillow provides. Unfortunately, the pillow becomes downright uncomfortable when you change position in bed.
