You really need to follow the instructions, if you put way too much wax it will be super difficult and also painful, so put the amount they recommend

Easy to use and prepare, but the was was really poor quality.

...but I find I have to double the recommended amount of wax suggested, meaning I'm not getting the advertised amount of uses. Otherwise it's fine.

Amazing
I must admit I was a bit skeptical at first but with my nose hair being such a gross annoyance I thought I'd give it a try. I was not disappointed! It also works great for hair in the ears. Will definitely buy again.

Quickly and completely removes hair in nose and ears as well! Easy to follow directions makes process safe and relatively painless! Will order again! Enough product to use several times.

Using this product is not exactly ouchless, but it definitely gets the job done. It’s easy to use if you follow the included directions and it gets rid of the unsightly nose hairs.

Might as well just use trimmer
5 tries on left ear still left more hair than it removed. Had to use battery powered trimmer anyway. I hate trimmer, but wax is way more time consuming, troublesome, and after all that, still does not even get the job done. Wax was somewhat useful to remove the already cut hairs from nose after using trimmer.
