Not only did the seller contact me when I made an error by adding an apostrophe to the lettering when received I was so pleased. It’s genuine leather and the letters move so you can customize the length. You can tell it’s carefully made. Highly recommend!

NOT GENUINE LEATHER!
The product came faster than expected and was packaged in a bubble wrap envelope. I was very happy to see that it came exactly as I wanted it including the (Heart); however, as soon as I had it in my hands I became disappointed because I could tell that the one shipped to me was NOT GENUINE LEATHER despite it being stamped on the inside as such. It does not have the feel, look or smell of real leather. Also, despite this being advertised as being a CHOKER, the included holes were all far too loose. I had to poke a hole into it myself, which was easy enough to do and what made me realize 100% that it isn't leather, but PLEATHER was just how easy the hole was made by the tip of my Tweezerman tweezers which happened to be handy at my vanity where I put it on. That said, I love the look of it and the anagram I chose to be able to recombine to say 3 different things like I did. In these pictures it reads: JESUS(Loves)U. AND - despite it being pleather, I'd still buy another the same size with 10 characters included, if available in brown pleather, or even better, real leather.
