Very small. It would be great if it wasnt made for someone who is a size 5. Barely fit around my waist at all. You should at least have a size chart indicating size range. Even if it is one size

I ended up cutting it off but it's a bit annoying.
The secondary bands tend to get stretched out but if you slide the strips back into position it should last you.Please move the tag so somewhere other than right in the Velcro area. The bigger I get the more it prevents the belt from fastening properly. I ended up cutting it off but it's a bit annoying.
