I have been really enjoying this new laptop for a few months now. It's fast and light. The one I got was not a touch screen. I am not a fan of touch screen due to bumping the screen with my hand and closing out of something. I thoroughly enjoy the laptop. I like to get swiftly on and done with anything I do after working all day on a laptop. This has been a joy to use. Bright clear display and sound. LG has win me over.

Love the specs for this light 17" screen laptop. No touch screen at this price (I don't mind). Combined power switch - fingerprint scanner. Interesting that there is no left-right buttons below touch surface (below keyboard). By accident, I double tapped that touch surface and it appears to serve as a push button to activate an app. Came with Windows 11 Home, I bought a product key to upgrade the edition to 11 Pro. I am pleasantly surprised how thin and light it is. This is my second LG GRAM and I love everything about it. The laptop is shockingly light for its size, performs amazing and looks stunning. Unless you game or do heavy video editing, this will meet most of your need. The battery can last a full work day and the screen is sharp. This is the definition of an ultrabook. If you see this review, I highly, highly recommend getting this laptop

Frequent issues with sound, the max volume is low, sound plays on both laptop speaker and headphone. Tried installing latest drivers from both LG and Intel. Did not help. Ended up wasting a lot of time.

This is a great laptop. Speed and performance are everything I expected and equal the Dell I had before. There is no comparison about the weight! It is lighter than any laptop I’ve ever seen, incredible!I have not needed to experience customer support. I am very pleased and have recommended it to friends and colleagues.

The laptop does everything I need it to. It's fast, the screen is nice and as the reviews say, it's remarkably light. The drawback is the audio. I read that some people were not happy with the audio before I purchased it but I rationalized thinking, how bad can the audio be on a $1,800 computer. Well, it's not good. Max volume does not get it done with this unit. I like everything else about this unit but would NOT purchase it again until the volume feature is improved. Trust me, it will aggravate you.

I have never been disappointed with any of my LG appliances, so when it was time to replace my old laptop, going with the LG Gram was an easy decision. Beneath its thin exterior is a powerful PC with ample data storage and a battery that lasts the entire day of non-stop use. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This laptop arrived on time and is new. It's a great looking laptop. That's where it ends. Set-up went well as expected but booting PIN did not work. Took me a full day to get around it. Just about everything redirects and then stops you from trying again. I created new PIN about 40 times to get to other avenues to solve it. I will spare you all the details. I tried to disable the booting PIN screen altogether but didn't work. I finally fixed the booting PIN screen. Other problems with software that came with the laptop, would create a password and afterward the password did not work, time after time I had to reset passwords then just like magic the password worked but today it does not. The display screen is a huge disappointment. Yes it is '17 screen but there are no controls in the operation system to adjust resolution. It's preset color configuration cannot be changed from too much red, mostly too dark to see the picture. Sound quality is hard to hear just four feet away when audio is at 100%. It's also slow. I've owned dozens of Windows and MAC laptops and never ran across anything like his. The display isn't hd. The display is grainy at '17, 2560x1600. For the price of this new was $1699. I could have purchased a refurbished Macbook Pro. Apple does a great job refurbishing their Macs. So the LG Gram 17Z95P Laptop '17 is not worth the money. I like the appearance of this laptop, I still do, but it is unpredictable. I'm seeking a refund. It's been four (4) days since receiving it. Laptop died and repair shop said it was used prior to my receiving it when it is suppse to be new. Do not purchase from this sellers!
