Like it easy to use. I ordered it because bottom of my heels hurt painful to walk. I use this to stretch them which makes it less painful to walk on. This is easy to use and gives a Very comfortable stretch. To my surprise it helped stretch muscles in my legs. Not cheaply made the thickness of it is perfect.

This stretcher works great. After the first use my foot pain was greatly reduced. After a few days of using this my foot was almost pain free. This is well made using automobile seatbelt material with sewn in loops to help get the most complete stretch you can get. A must buy for pain relief and any type of foot and leg stretches.

I wish I'd remember to use it more often, because it really works! Sometimes, I do wish that I wouldn't have to be the one doing the pulling! haha!

First, you should wear some kind of shoes when you use it. Sock-footed, the slick webbings slide and the cuff about your ankle is trying to slide around your heel. Uncomfortable when it does that. Second, the loops in the strap you pull on to stretch your foot, leg, or butt allow you to hook your arm in so you can hold a position without using your hands. Then for lazy me, I can read my kindle while stretching. Third, you can, or , I can, position it and myself so I can focus the stretch on bottom of my foot, heel, calf, and so forth. Con: I have short feet (Women’s 8 US) so I wish for an extra strap located under the foot so I don’t pull on my toes. As it is, I have to add a pad at the back by my heel and ankle to reposition the pull strap where I want it. Finally, nifty idea, good for the money, convenient so I can stretch while occupied with other tasks.

I like tools that provide more than one use and I'm impressed by how much deeper it helps me to go into stretches for ALL of my leg muscles, helping to alleviate chronic recurring plantar fasciitis issues. Two complaints: the product is of poor quality and while it comes with a pamphlet of suggested stretches, it does not come with instructions on how to put the device on. As a result, in fussing with the thing, trying to figure it out, I inadvertently tore in two the velcro strap which secures the device to the foot and nearly did so again with the ankle strap later, when removing it. The mishap doesn't ruin the efficacy of the product just beware!
