What is in this blend? And if you buy from YL directly how much is shipping?

The 5ml is available through Young Living and this price is outrageously high. I just bought 2 for $24 directly from Young Living and you can choose how you have it shipped. I always just do USPS Priority Mail so that I can get it in 2 days. It's $8 no matter how much you order that way. Also, you should be aware that it is extremely easy to buy sealed caps and put them on bottles of oil that you have diluted with a carrier oil to sell it to an unsuspecting consumer. I would never shop for quality oils from Amazon or Ebay. Be careful.

Does this contain almond oil?

No. According to Young Living it contains: Caprylic/capric triglyceride Picea mariana† (Black spruce) leaf oil Cinnamomum camphora† (Camphor) wood oil Tanacetum annuum† (Blue tansy) flower oil Boswellia carterii† (Frankincense) oil Pelargonium graveolens† (Geranium) flower oil †100% pure, therapeutic-grade essential oil

Does this contain almond oil?

Almond oil is not listed under "ingredients" on the Valor bottle. Instead, the 1st listed ingredient is "Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride," which is made from coconut oil & glycerin. I think this would be what's used instead of almond oil as the carrier oil in Valor.
