Not bad for the price. As I installed it on a 50 amp circuit I had to install a sub panel with separate breakers. Install went smoothly and it works well and is relatively quiet. I've monitored the wall for overheating and it's only warm to the touch. This is just a back up heater for the living room so it won't see much use as we heat primarily with wood.

Replaced an older model (was already in the condo when we moved in 8 years ago) and it was a very easy install. Since the unit was an exact match, i just removed the old unit (with the metal bracket) and slid the new one in place. Wiring is basically like replacing a light. Happy they still make units with the exact same measurements and basically the same internals so replacement is as easy as possible.

Very dissatisfied with the thermostat on this unit. Heat comes on for a time and then kicks off and then takes forever to come back on. This even occurs when thermostat is set on maximum level. Unit is located in a bathroom which makes this particularly annoying. Not fun being cold and wet and the new heater that was just installed is sitting there doing nothing. This was a replacement for a similar unit by the same manufacturer but obviously not the same quality.

The ad said that the box had been opened but the unit appeared unused and complete. When I went to install it I found out that the control knob and installation kit was missing. The knob is a special shape and not available which makes the unit ueless

Great in wall heater for bath or garage. Never a problem. I’ve used them for years.

Completely as described, nice heater for my cold entryway.
