This item was easy to installed and sturdy to sit on but as you are sitting the roller do not glide as when no one is sitting in it the reason for the four stars. I cannot figure out why that is

Used on computer desk chair to replace old plastic wheel caster’s. New wheels work great and slide very smoothly. I have used these for a few days now and I can sit in the chair and the chair rolls around very smoothly on our wood floor. Hopefully they will last a long while. I am happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Just got them and put them on easily and immediately. They appear to be better quality than the original caster wheels that came with my Realspace Hurston chair (Office Depot private brand). The chair isn’t in the best shape but it still works and is comfortable, I was able to extend the life of the chair by replacing the wheels which had fallen apart and were scratching my floor.Update:It has now been 3 workdays with this chair, the chair literally glides effortlessly, I am even more pleased with the product itself and the great value of the 5 replacement wheels, I even told my coworkers when I was in the office!2 month update: Still glides across the floor. Great investment to extend use of an old chair.

The wheels are complete plastic and very low quality and not at all what the description says here. Some of them dont even turn well. The existing wheels in my chair are like 1000 times better compared to these.

The item is as described, except the item shipped contained a waybill docket significantly cheaper than what was advertised and the purchase price

These are super easy to install, and completely solved my problem. Saved me from having to buy a new chair. I just wish I'd known about them before I made such a mess of my wood floor.
