Smell ? Especially for indoor plant?

Hi! Our Plant Booster can have a strong smell especially if stored in a warmer area, which makes the microbes more active. You can store our Plant Booster in the refrigerator for a more mild smell and still get the same benefits. Once added to a plant though, the smell goes away after a couple of minutes as the microbes and nutrients soak into the soil.

How frequently it should be used?

Hi! Typically we recommend once a month at a regular watering time with the amount of water you would typically use to water your plant(s). Depending on your plants, you may want to use more or less like cacti and succulents need less and outdoor flower beds may need more. Can this be used in Hydroponic growing?

Yes! We recommend 1/4 ounce per gallon for hydroponic growing.

I know the smell is strong, but mine smells of rotting eggs – has it gone bad? the bottle also "popped" when opened and seemed pressurized/engorged...

I would contact elm dirt & ask about the smell…it stinks, but I don’t know if it can go bad! As far as the pop…mine did that too, I think that’s just the pressure from being shook up during its journey to you. This stuff is amazing, I just received my 2nd bottle last week!
