APRILSKIN Calendula Peel Off Facial Mask

I've been using this AprilSkin's Calendula Peel Off Mask for a while and I love it. It works amazing with my sensitive skin and my skin issues! I have combination, sensitive skin that is prone to acne and irritability, but this face mask doesn't trigger any of that irritability at all. It contains gentle exfoliating elements that really do help with skin texture and helps even skin tone. The PHA and the BHA work together to gently exfoliate the skin (and doesn't cause photosensitivity which is a big plus for me). Now you won't see the black heads and whiteheads come off on the mask, but that doesn't mean it isn't getting rid of them. This face mask isn't meant to rip off all the gunk in the pores, it's meant to gently introduce the PHA and BHA onto the skin so it can do what it has to do. The Niacinamide is what helps brighten the skin and even out the skin tone. I usually use it when I have acne scars and after a few uses the dark spots vanish significantly and after a while of usage, they vanish completely. Immediately after using the face mask, my face always feels so much softer and the following day my face looks brighter and my pores look much smaller. Whenever I use make up after removing the face mask, the application is much easier and it blends beautifully. Zero cakey-ness when applying foundation. Highly recommend trying out the product at least for a few weeks to get the full experience of the face mask.

I cannot say enough positive things about April Skin products. They never disappoint. This peel off mask cleans out the gunk in my pores and removes dead skin. My skin feels soft after use. It has little to no scent. Quality ingredients, vegan and no animal testing. Great price for a quality product. I highly recommend.

This mask has it ALL!!! Not only does it balance out your skin tone, moisturize and nourish the skin, minimize pores and wrinkles, brightens the skin, BUT IT ALSO CLEARS OUT BLACK-/WHITEHEADS???? it's literally all my skin products and masks put into one bottle T-T <3 It's a dream come true; a face mask that is truly a one-hit wonder <3 <3 <3 <3 Although it might be worth mentioning that this stuff as a detoxifier is hardcore; the first day after using it, my face started to break out a bit, but only because it *continues* to bring out the toxins in your face. By day 2, my face was clearing up and looking pretty. And by day 3??? i literally looked 2yrs younger (i even got some compliments)!! As i've continued using the face mask over the past month or so since purchasing it, this remains consistent; your face looks better and better as the days pass, resulting to the skin becoming smooth and glossy like a k-pop star (just like the advertisement said it would) after a couple days!! Also worth mentioning that the mask is sticky and thick. Like with most masks, i used my face mask applicator tool thingy, but found that to be rather frustrating with this stuff :/ So now i instead simply wash my hands first, then apply the mask with my fingers; makes it a lot easier. Also, i found that even if i think i applied it on a bit too thick, it still dries the same so that's cool ^-^ You should definitely buy this! You won't regret it!

This face mask is good, but not amazing. It feels nice on the skin, dries quickly, and is super satisfying to peel off. I’d say it does provide gentle exfoliation since it contains PHA, BHA, and Niacinamide, but I haven’t noticed any significant brightening effects or pore minimization. I originally bought this after seeing a TikTok reel suggesting you can apply the mask, let it dry, and then apply makeup over it for a seamless, blemish-free look. Let me save you the trouble—**DON’T.** While it looks flawless at first (if you try it, dab your makeup, don’t rub), the real issue comes a few hours later. I had a blemish on my nose and thought this trick was working… until midday at work when I caught something out of the corner of my eye. I ignored it at first, only to later realize that the mask had started peeling off on its own, leaving what looked like a giant dry skin flake on my nose. To make matters worse, it took my foundation with it, leaving a completely bare patch that I had to deal with for the rest of the day. Overall, as a regular peel-off mask, it’s nice and enjoyable to use, but if you’re expecting dramatic skin benefits or trying to use it as a makeup hack, you might be disappointed!

I like it. It does a good surface level job if you don’t have huge pores to begin with. If you have blackheads like me you may want something a little stronger. Also wish it was bigger. I feel like I can only use like once a week so it’ll last.

Licensed Esthetician here! Loveeeee this mask! It helps resurface your skin and bring out a youthful glow. It’s great for sensitive skin too. Clears up acne. Can be used as spot treatment. It’s a gel mask that becomes a peel off mask with no pain. Super gentle.

I love the texture of my skin, the softness and cleanness that I feel using this brand. love the results, leaving you with clean skin with dead skin and impurities.

Review I was very disappointed to find a foreign object inside the product. This is a cosmetic that goes directly on my skin, so finding an unknown substance inside is very concerning. I expected much better quality control. I would not feel comfortable using this product again.

I have only used it twice and i noticed a huge improvements with not only my complexion but also my skin texture. For those with dry and sensitive skin; i would 100% recommend this product. It is easy to apply and doesn't take long to dry. 10/10

this product feels great as your applying it, its quite cooling to the skin. This peel off masks tightens then when you peel it off there's a marked difference in the look and feel of your skin. i will buy this product again, and its affordable.
