Pese a que esta precurada, para quitar la protección es necesario dar calor, solo con estropajo es imposible. Por lo demás muy bien. A tener en cuenta el peso

It's non-stick!
High quality wok. I'm happy that it is non-stick. I followed the instructions of washing and seasoning it a bit before the first use. My first fried rice was a success; the rice didn't stick and i managed to get a bit of wok hei despite the less than ideal burner.

Bester Wok, den ich je hatte
Diesem Wok hätte ich gerne noch einen Stern mehr gegeben. Er ist voreingebrannt und hochwertig verarbeitet. Er hat eine unerwartet hohe Materialstärke (und Gewicht) und die Griffmuffe ist verschweißt und nicht nur vernietet, wie bei vielen anderen Modellen. Ich benutze ihn auf Gas und auf meinem Raketenofen mit offenem Feuer
