The best and nicest looking BIG smokeless fire pit
The media could not be loaded. I wanted one of these smokeless fire pits everyone's raving about but most were too small to be a legit outdoor fire pit and tbh I just couldn't stand the look of them as most looked like big metal turkey fryers. Enter the Cuisinart Cleanburn Fire Pit. After continuous scrolling I found this diamond in the rough. Definitely the best looking I've seen other than the Tiki brand big one and it's wide and deep enough to where I can add regular sized fire logs this way the fire persists for a while and doesn't just instantly vaporize through kindling like a majority of the others. Also they offer a base stand that elevates it off the ground a few inches so I can use it on my wooden deck. There are a lot of accessories for it and you can even cook on it so it's extremely versatile. Unlike my traditional fire pit this stays clean and leaves minimal ash (dont ask me how) in the base portion that you easily empty by turning the main body to detach it. The quality and craftsmanship is exactly what I expected from Cuisinart. I've used this literally every night since I've had it. In the beginning phase there's some smoke but once the fire truly catches there's minimal smoke or sparks. I did get the spark screen top only because I like how it looks with it. In the end after countless days of research I was between this and the Tiki brand but after reading a lot of reviews how the legs of the Tiki rust out and deteriorate after only 6 months I chose this one. And this isn't just a big metal bowl either. There's some serious ingenuity behind this. There's these holes all around the inside top and outside bottom that make the fire burn really hot and make it look really cool when burning as fire shoots out those little holes. I'm posting a video so you can see what I mean. Anyway, if your looking for a big firepit that looks awesome and doesnt resemble a turkey fryer don't hesitate like I did. For the price it's a steal. Quite possibly top 3 products I've ever bought on Amazon.Update 10/26/2023 - In just a few weeks I burned through 3/4 of an entire full cord of wood in this thing and it's handled everything I throw at it. Once the fire burns on its own you can even throw in wood that's not even close to seasoned. I threw in a few logs that weighed a ton due to the moisture content in them and this firepit roasted them with ease. That's how hot it gets once it gets started. This has officially become the best purchase I've ever made on Amazon. And I swear Cuisinart isn't paying me or anything like that.

TERRIFIC firepit and beautifully designed!
I researched long and hard before selecting a fire pit. I've been using this for almost a year now before writing my review and I have to say that we LOVE it and use it almost every night.1. Beautifully made and is showing no signs of deterioration, rusting, etc after almost a year on our PNW deck.2. OMG - So easy to light!!! This fire pit lights in two seconds with a single match and two screws of paper. I was amazed. No blowing, no fussing, no hovering in the smoke trying to get the wood to light. The air holes around the base make this the easiest fire to light EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.3. I needed a pit I could put on a WOODEN deck. The "base ring" that the fire bowl sits on is about 4-5" high, which is what is recommended minimum safe separation for having a fire pit on a wooden deck. The footed base plate (bought separately) adds an additional 1-2". For added peace of mind, we bought a round reflective fire mat to go underneath everything. It's worked beautifully. Even after several hours of steady use I can slide my hand under the fire pit comfortably (which I did obsessively for the first few weeks, terrified that we were going to burn our deck).4. I initially assumed I'd get a propane fire pit but soon realized propane smells, it hisses, you have a hose snaking across your deck, and it's tedious and expensive to refill the tank every few times you run the pit. With this fire pit, I'm steadily burning through our wood/brush pile and am thrilled about that.5. VERY little smoke produced and incredibly small amounts of ash to clean up. After about 8 hours of steady burning there's only about an inch or two of ash.....amazing. I love the ease of accessing/emptying the ash collection basin too...takes two seconds.A BEAUTIFULLY designed product and I couldn't be happier with it. Everyone who comes to our house and gets to see it wants one. >:-)

Great little firepit
Using wood pellets to the upper holes and letting it burn, I've gotten about an hour of really nice flames using this little firepit. It will smoke if you add pellets on top in my experience but it's great for camping or having a tabletop fire during a picnic. I would recommend adding a ceramic trivet under it to prevent possible burns to your tabletop. I've not used the little wood logs for it yet but I love the ease and portability of pellets. 100% would recommend and would buy again.

Best Value in a Low Smoke Fire Pit Design
The primary name brand that is a straight sided stainless steel tube, is more smoke free, but more expensive. This is still more smokeless than a plain fire pit. Easy to clean. Not too heavy to move. All these type of fire pit designs burn hot so your wood [or remaining coals if you are cooking over it] don't last as long. Burns all the wood to ash and very small chunks. After an overnight to burn all the way down & go out, I just dump it on my lawn/garden as a soil amendment and water it in.

99 Percent Smoke Free
The most smoke-free fire pit I have even owned. Easy assembly and it burns so cleanly. Great radiant heat source on cool evenings in the back yard. You have to clean out the ashes after about every 24 hours of burning split wood but it does take some strength to lift the large black part of the pit off the base. I like the size of it because most of the wood can fit in it. As with all stainless steel products exposed to heat, the material will turn various colors but no rust that I can see. With wood that is cured and kept dry, this fire pit can burn through a few logs pretty quickly compared to the cheap pits I have used. Not much left over. I also recommend spending extra on their cover because it works great keeping moisture out of the firepit with even the heaviest of rains.

Easy to Move and clean out ashes. Well made
Have the firepit on a ninja concrete patio floor. Works great and minimal smoke. Keep split wood within the confines of the firepit. Easy to clean out ashes and stainless steel pit looks good on patio. Also purchased the cover separately .
