Yes, I know this feeder was cheaper than some others advertised but money is short and this was all I could afford, the kids like to watch the birds in the garden which means I try to feed them when I can. Anyway the plastic is thin & flimsy and as for the wire used…. My knicker elastic is thicker. But if this feeder lasts the winter and maybe even next spring / breeding season it will have done it’s job for the price paid.

very flimsy - dont think it will be long until it breaks - all of it is thin plastic and cheap looking - wish I had waited as I saw a much more sturdier and bigger one in a shop today cheaper - guess i learnt the hard way - would not buy again

Unfortunately the birds don’t seem keen on eating the fat balls I hope this will change in the future

They don't feel like they will last a long time as they feel quite flimsy. Have just had them for a short time so difficult to know. But they do the job and the birds have been feeding out of them.

It's OK pity the top doesn't lift a bit higher but that's just been a bit picky.

Pretty strong and robust so I'm pretty pleased with it, but the images all show it with 5 balls in - so i expected it to come with them. It didn't and I have to order them separately, which is not a hardship, just unexpected. It didn't say anywhere "contents sold separately!" That would have made it a 5 star review!
