Great fan
The fan works great & the two of them keep my monster truck cool,all 496 bbc,the down side is the mount kit,it has to be the cheapest 1 ever made,on my first test drive 1of the fans fell the radiator.So now have to build new mounts for both

Brand new did not work right out of the box.
This item was brand new pulled it out of the box hooked it and nothing happened tried swapping wires as this is supposed to be reverse polarity to change direction of the way the fan blows and still had nothing, also I hooked this up to my truck battery, so I know battery was good. Very disappointed in the product.

Not 3000cfm...
Just installed this fan. There is no way it creates 3000cfm. I have another fan that makes 3000cfm and it pulls way more air..

Buyer beware
I installed this fan in place of a 2000 cfm fan and saw a 10*C rise in engine temperature over the stock fan.After 4 hours of use the fan blade fell off the electric motor and smashed my radiator causing a $220 repair bill for the radiator and a useless fan. The fan blade mounting nut appears to have been over tightened at the factory. The threads from the nut were still on the motor shaft when the nut disappeared.The seller was very quick to suggest that I attempt to source a replacement fan blade mounting nut on my own and did not stand behind their product.Overall a dissapointing purchase. The fan does not flow anywhere near the sellers advertised 3000 CFM. The fan is very poorly built, I would not recommend it to anyone. The fan was installed by an automotive mechanic.
