How sturdy are the leg poles? the canopy i currently have flexes a lot when the legs are extended, so would hope these might be better?

The frame and leg poles on this canopy are solid! Super Sturdy. The whole canopy is a great buy - industrial grade. You will love it!

How long does it take to set up?

Once you run through the set up to get a feel for it, not long at all! I have had to go to a Tradeshow by myself in the past and was able to set up and tear down alone. It is quicker and a bit smoother with 2 but can be done with just one.

can you buy extra walls

You can buy wall kits on Amazon. I'm not sure if you can buy individual walls. You should check the manufacturer site ABCCANOPY.COM .... You can buy directly from them and they carry all parts for their canopies.
