Great item easy to swallow

Ok product, Superdrug cranberry supplements are a lot better and cheaper, you only have to take one a day and they made a difference, these you have to take 2 a day and not sure if they made any noticeable difference, capsules are also quite big and hard to swallow, not the easiest to use if you’re not good with tablets.
